Check Gateway Status
Use Edge gateway management and Live View to determine whether a gateway is assigned, connected, and ready to publish camera streams.
Status guide

Camera health
Each camera reports live, recording, and AI-analysis health separately. One failed camera does not imply that every camera or the entire gateway is offline.
Gateway telemetry also reports durable inference-queue depth and the age of the oldest pending source segment. A growing age means recording and upload may still be healthy while AI is falling behind; it does not mean that two-minute recordings are missing.
In Live View, a disconnected camera shows an offline state instead of a stale image. Retry the camera after its connection and publishing status recover.
When status does not change
- Confirm that you are viewing the correct vessel and gateway serial.
- Refresh Edge gateway management.
- Confirm that the gateway has power and Internet access.
- Check whether the gateway is paired but waiting for registration.
- Check individual camera health before treating the gateway as unavailable.
